On Nov. 11th, 2019, the signing ceremony of Agreement of Hydrogen Partnership Framework, which was initiated by ICT Developer, was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Honorable attendees who made speeches at the ceremony included the followings:

During the ceremony, Mr. Qiao Ligang introduced the direction and requirements for building high-quality hydrogen energy industry in Shanxi and emphasized that the objective of the strategic partnership was to elevate Shanxi to the high ground of hydrogen energy application, technology innovation and high-end manufacturing. Mr. Zhai Hong introduced application scenarios and the advantages of Yanquan Coal Goup in hydrogen energy resource and pointed out that this partnership was one formed among powerful players and hoped it would bring long-term positive effect to Shanxi hydrogen energy industry. Mr. Zhang Jiongwei spoke highly of the partnership and conveyed the dedication of Shanxi Financial Holding Group to consolidate financial resources in order to support the hydrogen energy industry development in Shanxi. Mr. Sun Yuhan emphasized that ICT Developer would make the full use of its advantage in technology and resource integration with a view to a long-term contribution to Shanxi’s hydrogen energy industry development.
