1. Master degree in Energy, Chemical Engineering, or Environment
2. Having an extensive understanding of the energy and chemical industry with prior engagements in technolo gy assessment, market and technology demand analysis, and economical efficiency evaluation
3. Outstanding analytical ability, being both an explorer and an innovator, being a team player
4. Outstanding communication skills in speaking and writing; Passed CET6
5. Education background in US or Europe and work experience in multinational corporations are preferred.
