The ICT Developer Low-carbon Technology Incubation Park covers an area of 13,333 square meters with a total construction area of 51,587 square meters. It is located in the core area of Songjiang Branch of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, which overlaps with the state-level Shanghai Songjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Based on an extensive global partnership network of low-carbon technology and Shanghai Low-carbon Technology Innovation Functional Platform in the park, which has entered the park, and by coordinating with R&D institutes, leading enterprises, and financial houses domestic and overseas alike, ICT Developer is striving to create a technology cluster in low-carbon industry which will set a prime example of pooling capable human resources, boosting innovative startups, as well as linking industry and finance sector.
