On September 21, 2019, the conference was held to facilitate direct talk on future partnership between Shanghai-based SOEs and Lingang New Area, during which multiple important agreements were signed. Mr. Ying Yong, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shanghai Municipality, unveiled the plague of Lingang New Area Business Development Cooperation Alliance. Mr. Mr. Chen Yin, a member of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Director of Lingang New Area Management Commission, emceed the event.

During the event, the Management Commission of Lingang New Area made an introduction to Lingang New Area, followed by speeches from Lingang Group and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. A strategic partnership agreement was signed by and between the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipality and the Management Commission of Lingang New Area.

ICT Developer Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (ICT Developer) entered into a framework agreement on strategic cooperation in industrial projects with the Management Commission of Lingang New Area, Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd., Lingang Group and Shanghai Information Investment Inc. ICT Developer will focus on building hydrogen energy ecosystem with international perspective in an effort to create a world-leading industrial chain covering hydrogen production, storage and applications in Lingang, and channeling global hydrogen energy technological and industrial resources into Lingang New Area to support the allocation of various hydrogen applications in the area, including hydrogen production from offshore wind power, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and new-generation hydrogen refueling stations.
